This work package serves as a cornerstone in the EU endeavour to consolidate its stance against cyber threats by advocating for EU cooperation and knowledge sharing. By doing so, it not only strengthens mutual understanding and unity among EU member states but also ensures the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and strategies, thereby maximizing both economic and technological gains.
The objectives of this work package will be achieved through:
- Enhancing EU Partnerships and Collaboration: Focus on cybersecurity regulations, conformity assessment, and certification. Twinning schemes will act as catalysts, facilitating meaningful cross-border interactions and resource sharing.
- Encouraging Best Practices in Cybersecurity Certification: Promote the exchange of effective strategies across EU member states. This ensures a consistent approach to tackling cybersecurity compliance with regulations such as the CSA, CRA, and NIS2, contributing to a more resilient EU digital environment.
